How do I log in to My Account?

To access your account, login to My Account at the top left corner; you’ll get a log-in screen where you can type in your email address and password.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the My Account log-in screen, enter the required security information and the password you would like to use. Your password will be reset so you can access your account immediately. For your security, we will also send you an email confirming that you requested to reset your password.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, simply log in with the email address you registered with, then click My Profile. Then click on Update General Information to make changes to your account.

How do I change my address?

To change your address, click "My Profile" on your account page. There you can edit any of your personal information as well as your user name and password. To save your changes, click "Submit."

How do I modify my email preferences?

To update your email preferences, you'll first need to log in to Nutrisystem (if you aren't logged in already). Click on "My Profile," then click "Update My Account and Contact Preferences."

Can I get an additional Nutrisystem® Meal Planner or Results Kit?

How do I change my starting weight and weight loss goal?

To change your starting weight and weight loss goal on, log in (if you haven't done so already), then click "My Profile." Next, click on "Edit My Stats" to get to the area where you can make your updates.

To change your starting weight and weight loss goal on NuMi, log into the website at and click on your profile in the top right corner. Update starting weight under "Personal Information" and goal weight under "Account Settings."

Where do I go to log my meals and track my weight loss numbers online?

You can easily track your eating and weight loss, as well as your drinking and activity, on or the NuMi app. NuMi also has an online journal where you can write about your weight loss journey.

What are Nutribears?

If you're a current customer and are tracking your weight loss on NuMi, you're eligible to receive Nutribears.

To get started, sign up for NuMi. You can track online at, download the app or right from your account page on When you reach a weight loss milestone, you will receive an email with a link to confirm your weight. Your bear will come with your next order.

How do I change my phone number?

Log in and click on "My Profile." Then click the "Update General Information" link; edit any information you want to change, and click "Submit.

What do I do if there's a problem with my Nutribear?

Nutribears are an ongoing reminder of the goals you've achieved during your weight loss program, so we understand why a missing, incorrect or damaged Nutribear would be a cause for concern. If you haven't received your Nutribear, if you received an incorrect Nutribear or if your Nutribear was damaged during shipping, please contact a Nutrisystem Representative at 1-800-585-5483 for assistance.

Please note that your account page updates in real time whenever you reach a weight loss milestone based on the information you enter when you log your weight online. However, Nutribears are shipped with your next order, which means you may need to wait until you receive your next order.


I have not lost weight the last two weeks. What can I do to break the plateau?

Weight loss can sometimes be unpredictable and subject to stalls or plateaus now and then. The first thing to try is to record your intake diligently in your Daily Tracker for the next week. Sometimes after getting comfortable on the program, we rely less on our meal tracker and unknowingly slip extra calories in here and there. Often taking a step back to focus on recording your food intake and following the structure closely is all the recharge you need to get you back into losing. Plus, if you find your weight has still not budged after a week of recording, you will at least have a good record of your intake to share with your counselor so that they can help you most effectively. Additionally, increasing the intensity and/or duration of your physical activity plan can help charge up your weight loss progress. Our counselors are available each and every day to talk you through tips and strategies specific to your physical activity, meal plan and weight loss needs to help maximize your success.

Is counseling available with the Nutrisystem® Transition and Maintenance programs?

Yes! In fact, we consider it to be a vital part of all Nutrisystem Transition and Maintenance programs, and encourage you to talk to a counselor soon after you join any of our programs. Please call 1-888-849-4686.

Is it normal to experience gas or bloating when I start the program?

Sometimes people experience gastrointestinal discomfort when changing their eating habits. The most common cause of gas or bloating in our program is due to the high amount of fiber present in our products and in the fruits and vegetables you add in to complement your program. Our program delivers the recommended fiber intake consistent with the American Heart Association, which is often much greater than our consumers are used to eating each day. You body typically adjusts and these symptoms subside within the first couple of weeks on the program. To limit initial gas and bloating in our program, we recommend drinking water with meals and consuming a minimum of eight glasses of water per day. If you need additional tips or you feel you've been experiencing these symptoms for a prolonged period, please contact a counselor who will help adjust your meal plan and provide further tips to help minimize discomfort associated with gas and bloating.
