What do I do on "flex days"?
It’s simple! Just follow the Flex Days section of your Meal Planner to see suggestions for what you should eat on flex days. (Refer to the Serving Guide for proper portions of these foods.) If you eat out on Flex days, use the Dining Out section of your Meal Planner to help make smart, program-friendly choices.
Do my "flex days" have to be during the weekend?
What’s the difference between the Favorites Package and the Custom Package?
No! That’s part of the wonderful flexibility of this new program: you can choose which two days of the week are flex days. Some may choose to take them on the weekend simply out of convenience, but it certainly isn’t necessary to do so. It’s up to you!
You’ll select your own menu items for each meal occasion. Basically, you get to choose your own foods! And rest assured that all of your delicious foods are from our Advanced program, so you will still get the heart-healthy and appetite-controlling benefits of this breakthrough program.
