• What do I do on my “weekends off” days?

  It's simple! Just follow the “Weekend” section of the Meal Planner provided which outlines your meals and gives suggestions and portion sizes for what you should eat. If you choose to eat out on those days, use the Dining Out Guide provided to help you make smart, program-friendly choices and stay on track. Or, create healthy meals at home with your family using the Recipe Book included (over 80 delicious recipes!).

• Do my "weekends off" days have to be taken during the weekend?

  Not at all. That's part of the flexibility of this new program—you can choose which 5 days of the week you're enjoying Nutrisystem® meals, and which 2 days you're practicing healthy habits on your own. Some people may choose to take their “weekends off” simply out of convenience, but it certainly isn't necessary. It's all up to you!

• Can I choose my own foods?

  Sure! When you order Nutrisystem Flex, you have two options: you can either choose our Favorites Package—a pre-chosen assortment of popular Nutrisystem entrees and desserts; or, you may select your own menu items from over 150 delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert items available. Either way, you can rest assured that when your Nutrisystem® foods arrive, they will feature low-glycemic good carbs, protein, and fiber to help you feel fuller longer to help you lose weight!
