• Are all of the foods in the Select program fresh-frozen items?

  When you order a Nutrisystem Select 28-day program, you get two weeks worth—breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert (men get an additional dessert)—of our NEW Select fresh-frozen entrees and desserts. In addition, you'll get 2 weeks' worth of our ready-to-go entrees and desserts. The 2 weeks of ready-to-go items are customizable (you can choose your own); for the 2 weeks of fresh-frozen Select items, you'll receive a pre-selected assortment of our most popular, premium Select entrees and desserts.

• Can I choose my own menu?

  With Nutrisystem Select you have two options. You can either order our pre-selected Favorites Package, or choose to customize your 2 weeks of ready-to-go entrees and desserts. Then, in addition to your ready-to-go meals, you will receive a pre-selected assortment of delicious frozen breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts (two weeks' worth or 56 menu items (70 items for Men's Program)) to add into your meal plan as you choose.

• What is the Favorites Package?

  With our Favorites Package, you get a pre-selected assortment of our most popular ready-to-go menu items for each meal occasion. If you'd like to try the wide array of Nutrisystem® foods, this may be a good choice for your first order (versus choosing your own foods). But don't forget, once you've tried the Nutrisystem favorites, you can always customize your 2 weeks of ready-to-go items in any subsequent orders if you'd like.

• Exactly what frozen foods are included in the Nutrisystem® Select® program?

  Along with your ready-to-go entrees and desserts, you will receive two weeks (a pre-selected assortment) of fresh-frozen Select entrees and desserts. It includes:
  
  BREAKFAST
  Homestyle Pancakes (2)
  Two fluffy pancakes full of flavor and rich in whole-grain goodness. Just minutes from freezer to plate.
  Golden French Toast (2)
  Slightly sweet French toast with a hint of spice and whole-grain goodness. Just minutes from freezer to plate.
  Ham and Cheese Omelet (2)
  A tender, fluffy omelet generously filled with a blend of smoky ham and a combination of Swiss and creamy cheddar cheese.
  Breakfast Burrito (1)
  This is a hearty, Southwest-inspired burrito that combines eggs, peppers, and beans in a flour tortilla.
  
  LUNCH
  Toasted Ham and Cheese
  The crust is buttery and crispy, and the smoky flavor of ham is perfectly paired with creamy melted American cheese.
  Steak and Cheese Melt (2)
  The bakery-soft crust is packed with spicy roast beef, onions, green pepper and cheddar cheese, all in a rich, beefy gravy.
  Chicken Fajita Melt (1)
  A bakery-soft crust stuffed with tender white meat chicken, onions, peppers, salsa and Mozzarella cheese.
  Meatball Parmesan Melt (1)
  Beefy meatballs are combined with red pepper and onions, three cheeses and spices, all stuffed in a golden crust.
  Chicken Quesadilla (1)
  Diced chicken, peppers, onions and a cheese are seasoned with Mexican spices in a crispy flour tortilla.
  
  DINNER
  Glazed Chicken Tenders (1)
  Chicken in a savory glaze with green beans almondine and a blend of brown and wild rice, accented with cranberries and mushrooms.
  Chicken Alfredo (1)
  Rigatoni pasta and chicken breast meat are combined with broccoli and carrots in a cheesy, creamy sauce with a hint of sherry.
  Shrimp Alfredo (1)
  Tender shrimp, plus carrots, peppers and broccoli, combined with penne pasta in a smooth sauce rich with cream, cheese and a hint of sherry.
  Ravioli Formaggio (1)
  Ravioli stuffed with a creamy combination of Romano and ricotta cheese, in a spicy, chunky tomato sauce.
  Salisbury Steak with Macaroni and Cheese (1)
  Tender Salisbury steak is topped with mushroom gravy and served with creamy macaroni and cheese.
  Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Shells (1)
  Tender shells are generously stuffed with a combination of spinach and cheese then topped with marinara sauce.
  Turkey Pepperoni Pizza (1)
  Ready-to-bake pizza with a combination of three cheeses, zesty tomato sauce and spicy turkey pepperoni.
  
  DESSERT
  Ice Cream Sandwich (1)
  Creamy fat-free vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two chocolatey wafers.
  Fudge Swirl Sundae (1)
  Creamy vanilla ice cream accented with a ribbon of rich, chocolatey fudge.
  Creamy Fudge Bar (3)
  Large creamy smooth ice cream bar full of rich, chocolatey flavor.
  Caramel Swirl Sundae (2)
  Creamy vanilla ice cream is generously swirled with thick ribbons of caramel and served in a convenient sundae cup.
  
  (Customers who order the Select Men's Program will receive an additional 14 Ice Cream Sandwiches for their extra meal occasion.)
  Select frozen package is subject to slight change based on availability of individual food items.
  

• How will my order be shipped?

  For your convenience, we will divide your order into three separate shipments:
  
  Your first shipment will contain your 2 weeks of ready-to-go Nutrisystem® entrees and desserts, and your Results Kit with a Meal Planner that outlines how the program works. They will help you understand which foods to eat and when, as well as guide you in selecting the fresh grocery items to complete your diet. This way, you can get your program underway before your frozen foods arrive.
  
  Within the next 14 days, one week of frozen food will be delivered via Schwan’s Home Service Inc., which you can then begin to incorporate into your program.
   
  You will receive your remaining week of frozen food approximately 14 days later to complete your order.
   
  Note: Depending on your location, your shipment may be delivered by an expedited delivery service.
  
  (If you refuse to accept the shipment once it is delivered, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. The Select program is only available to residents of the Continental U.S., and it cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO Boxes or military addresses.)

• How will my food remain frozen for delivery?

  Your Select frozen food shipment will be shipped separately from your ready-to-go items and delivered by a special Schwan's Home Service truck that is designed for frozen storage. If you are not available to accept your food upon delivery, your frozen items will be packed on special ice packs and placed inside an insulated bag to keep your foods frozen for approximately four hours. Some customers may have their frozen food delivered by UPS. In this case, your frozen shipment will be packed on dry ice and placed in a styrofoam cooler.
