Overweight and stressed

I've been a bit overweight most of my life, but I remember the turning point. I was trying to put on my favorite pair of jeans and quickly realized they were no longer my favorite–because they no longer fit! Having that extra weight on made life more difficult; it just gave me one more thing to stress about. So instead of always being unhappy about it, I finally decided to do something about it–and I'm really glad I did.

On Nutrisystem, I was never hungry–in fact, my family and friends would ask how the heck I was losing so much weight when I was always eating! Nutrisystem was also incredibly convenient. I was a graduate student at the time and I knew I needed to choose a program that I wouldn't have to think too much about; Nutrisystem made that easy. I loved the variety, too. Feeling better than ever

With all the diets I have tried, I have never kept the weight off as I have these past few years by eating the right foods in the right portions. It's a great feeling. I love getting compliments from people, especially those who need to lose weight, too; I love to share my secret with them. I'm grateful for Nutrisystem. This is the thinnest I've been since I was in junior high. I feel like I'm at my very best. I always liked myself, but now I love myself!
