Before I found Nutrisystem, I was starting to look a little frumpy. I had hit my all-time highest weight, and I wanted to hide my body, so I began buying clothes that weren't as fitted. I was even hiding my body from my own husband. Being self-conscious about my weight was affecting my whole life. I kept hearing people say 40 is the new 20. But I definitely didn't feel like it. So I thought, okay, if 40's the new 20 then I'm going to prove it. I kept seeing Nutrisystem commercials, and after a month trying to lose the weight on my own, I decided to call Nutrisystem. It was the best decision I ever made. I lost 22 lbs.* on Nutrisystem, and I now I look and feel like I'm 20 again!

I've tried so many diets, but I found Nutrisystem so much easier to follow than anything else. It's simply foolproof. You just have to stick to the plan and it will work. Even though I was still cooking for my family while I was on Nutrisystem, the food was so good and satisfying that I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. My husband and kids would eat their meal and I would eat my meal and it was no problem. They knew I was determined to lose the weight, and were always super supportive of me. And now they're so proud of my accomplishments. My husband loves the new me, but not just because my body's better, which is great of course, but my attitude is better, too. I have more energy. I'm more affectionate, and I'm more fun to be with. If he feels like he has a new wife, it's probably because he does!

Before Nutrisystem, I don't think anyone was really noticing me; I just blended into the background. I could walk through the grocery store, and I was just, you know, some mom shopping, but now when I'm walking through the grocery store, people are noticing, and it just feels amazing. Now, when I look in the mirror, I notice something different, too-it's me again! My body is completely reshaped. You can see who I am. You can see all of my muscles. After two kids, I never thought I'd have such a firm, flat belly. Now, at 40 years old, I'm able to put on a bikini and walk around in front of everybody-no cover-up, not even a sarong. I just feel so much sexier and confident. I thought this person was gone, replaced by a forever frumpier version. But, thanks to Nutrisystem, I'm back!
