Nutrisystem Your Way is built on the same principles as our standard Nutrisystem plans. That means it delivers the same proven results you count on Nutrisystem for, with the added benefit of a more flexible plan that’s built to fit your lifestyle.

With the Nutrisystem Your Way plan, you’re in control. You tell us your meal preferences and we’ll build a plan based on the amount of Nutrisystem meals and snacks you want. During checkout, you can choose any combination of top-rated frozen and non-frozen breakfasts, lunches and dinners that you want, plus your allotted number of snacks. For instance, if your plan includes 44 meals and 16 snacks, you could choose 20 breakfasts, 12 lunches and 12 dinners, plus your 16 snacks. It’s up to you, and you can change the configuration before each shipment!

When you’re not eating Nutrisystem foods, you’ll fill in the rest of your menu with meals and snacks you make on your own—we call these “Flex meals”. Our nutrition team provides a foolproof formula for your Flex meals, plus free tips and recipes that make it easy to cook healthy at home, and even relax with a glass of wine!
