For food safety and quality, follow these instructions. This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F prior to eating. Prepare from frozen state. Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
Microwave (1100 watts)
- Remove tray from carton. Cut two, 1-inch slits in film to vent.
- Place on microwave safe plate in microwave for 3½ minutes on HIGH.
- Remove film. Pierce center of enchilada with fork 3 times. Stir rice and replace film. Cook on HIGH for additional 2½ minutes.
- Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully remove film and enjoy.
Conventional Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove tray from carton.
- Cut two, 1-inch slits in film to vent and place tray on baking sheet in center of oven.
- Cook for 40 minutes.
- Carefully remove baking sheet and tray from oven. Let stand 2 minutes.
