Microwave (1100 watts)

  1. Remove plastic lid and peel off and discard inner metal seal. (Rim will remain and not harm microwave oven.)
  2. Replace plastic lid and heat on MEDIUM (50% power) for 45 to 60 seconds or until hot. (Microwave ovens vary; heating time may need to be adjusted.)
