For food safety and quality, follow these instructions. This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F prior to eating. Prepare from frozen state. Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.

Microwave (1100 watts)

  1. Remove tray from carton. Cut two, 1-inch slits in film to vent.
  2. Place on microwave safe plate in microwave for 3½ minutes on HIGH.
  3. Remove film. Pierce center of enchilada with fork 3 times. Stir rice and replace film. Cook on HIGH for additional 2½ minutes.
  4. Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully remove film and enjoy.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove tray from carton.
  3. Cut two, 1-inch slits in film to vent and place tray on baking sheet in center of oven.
  4. Cook for 40 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove baking sheet and tray from oven. Let stand 2 minutes.
