Our Nutrisystem program is designed for women and men of all ages and can be customized to your exact needs. You’ll choose meals for 5 or 7 days a week, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. These may be a combination of pantry-ready choices that are perfect for eating on the go, and our most popular frozen heat-and-eat meals and snacks for weight loss. Enhance your daily meal plan with your favorite nutritious grocery add-ins. Combining portion-controlled meals with a dietitian-designed plan helps you create a calorie deficit effortlessly—no need for calorie counting or obsessively tracking every bite.
Select Your Menu: In the order options, you will be asked to choose your menu. Opt for Chef’s Picks to get a handpicked variety of our most popular meals and snacks. If you've already tried our foods and know what you like, you can select your own meals. If you choose to select your own meals, you will be prompted to do so during the checkout process.
Number of People: You’ll have the option to choose meals and snacks for 1 person, delivered to your door every four weeks, or to add a partner from your household, with meals and snacks for 2 people delivered to your door every 2 weeks. With a partner order, you’ll save 15% per shipment!

Each day, you’ll enjoy a balance of ready-to-eat Nutrisystem meals, supplemented with fresh grocery add-ins and Flex meals each day. We offer 3 great Meal Delivery Plan options for your goals and lifestyle:
High Protein Meal Plan—Reach your protein goals with your choice of protein powered breakfasts, lunches, dinners or snacks, including choices packed with up to 30g protein. You’ll select meals for 1 or 2 people, with delivery options every 2 or 4 weeks
Low Carb Meal Plan—Live a low carb lifestyle with your choice of carb conscious breakfasts, lunches, dinners or snacks, including choices with less than 25g net carbs. You’ll select meals for 1 or 2 people, with delivery options every 2 or 4 weeks.
Menopause Meal Plan—Lose weight and reduce the symptoms of menopause with protein powered meal choices. You'll select 24 meals delivered every 2 weeks or 48 meals every 4 weeks from our biggest variety of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.

If you are already on a Meal Delivery Plan, you can add more meals to your scheduled order to save on shipping. Select Shop A La Carte from the navigation and add any amount of meals and snacks to your cart. At check-out, log in to your Nutrisystem account, then in the Choose your delivery module, select “Add to your plan shipment”, choose your plan name from the drop-down, and hit the Add to Plan button.

As one of America’s leading meal prep services for weight loss, we deliver directly to your home via FedEx. The processing and delivery time frame will take up to 1 to 5 business days from when the order is placed. However, the shipping may take longer if the warehouse or carrier experiences any delays. We’ll email you a tracking number when each order ships so you can stay informed on the delivery date. We suggest getting less than 45% of your daily calories from carbohydrates for best results.
Menopause Meal Plan
