When ordering your Partner Plan, you can choose from several configurations, including: Nutrisystem for all ages and Nutrisystem for people over 50. Our weight loss plan is an effective solution for both you and your partner.

Partner Plans is designed for two people living in the same home. You will receive one shipment with two weeks of meals and snacks for two people in one package. Since the shipment can’t be divided and sent to two different addresses, it really works best for two people living together!

That means your husband or wife, partner, roommate, child over 18 years old, or any other family members living with you can become your partner in weight loss—and you’ll both get to experience the benefits of losing weight together!

Nutrisystem works for a variety of dietary needs.

Following a low-sodium diet? All of our plans meet, and are often below, the USDA's recommended daily intake of 2,300mg sodium or less for the general population.

Special dietary needs or food allergies? You can find a nutritional breakdown and ingredient lists for all of our menu items online. We recommend choosing your own menu, so that you can use the menu filters to exclude any ingredients that you need to avoid. Filters can be used to view diabetes-friendly foods, vegetarian foods, or to exclude foods that contain milk, wheat, nuts and more.

You can expect delivery in 1 to 10 business days, with a majority of shipments arriving within 7 business days

We’ll email you a tracking number when each order ships, so you can stay informed on the delivery date.

Any orders that contain frozen foods will be sent in two separate shipments: frozen foods and ready-to-go foods. Your frozen foods will be packed in a specially designed cooler with dry ice to keep everything frozen for approximately six hours upon delivery.
