• Are all of the foods in the Select program fresh-frozen items?

  When you order a Nutrisystem 28-day program, you get ten days worth—breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert of our Select fresh-frozen entrees and desserts. In addition, you'll get 18 days worth of our ready-to-go entrees and desserts (plus an additional 28 desserts / snacks for the Men's Program). The 18 days (and additional 28 desserts / snacks for the Men's Program) of ready-to-go items are customizable (you can choose your own); for the ten days of fresh-frozen Select items, you'll receive a pre-selected assortment of our most popular, premium Select entrees and desserts.

• Can I choose my own menu?

  With Nutrisystem you have two options. You can either order our pre-selected Favorites Package, or choose to customize your 18 days of ready-to-go entrees and desserts (and additional 28 desserts / snacks for the Men's Program). This ordering option gives you the most control over what you eat. Instead of getting a pre-selected 28-day Favorites package, with this option you get to choose all of the ready-to-go items in your order—18 breakfasts, 18 lunches, 18 dinners and 18 desserts (plus an additional 28 desserts / snacks for the Men's Program). Choose this option and you'll be taken to a full listing of meals and snacks from which you can choose the correct number to complete your program. The frozen portion of your order (10 breakfasts, 10 lunches, 10 dinners and 10 desserts) cannot be customized.

• What is the Favorites Package?

  With our Favorites Package, you get a pre-selected assortment of our most popular ready-to-go menu items for each meal occasion. If you'd like to try the wide array of Nutrisystem® foods, this may be a good choice for your first order (versus choosing your own foods). But don't forget, once you've tried the Nutrisystem favorites, you can always customize your 18 days of ready-to-go items (and additional 28 desserts / snacks for the Men's Program) in any subsequent orders. The frozen portion of your order (10 breakfasts, 10 lunches, 10 dinners and 10 desserts) cannot be customized.

• Exactly what frozen foods are included in the Nutrisystem® Select® program?

  Along with your ready-to-go entrees and desserts, you will also receive 10 days of pre-selected frozen entrees and desserts. The fresh-frozen items will include:

  Select frozen Package is subject to slight change based on availability of individual items.
  

• How will my order be shipped?

  For your convenience, we will divide your order into two separate shipments:
  
  Your first shipment will contain your ready-to-go Nutrisystem® entrees and desserts and your Results Kit with a Meal Planner that outlines how the program works. They will help you understand which foods to eat and when, as well as guide you in selecting the add-in foods to complete your diet. This way, you can get your program underway before your frozen foods arrive.
  
  Within the next 4-10 business days, your second shipment will arrive containing your frozen items, which you can then begin to incorporate into your program.
   
  (If you refuse to accept the shipment once it is delivered, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.)
  (The Nutrisystem Select program is not available to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico. Select cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO boxes, or military addresses.)

• How will my food remain frozen for delivery?

  Your Select frozen food shipment will be shipped separately from your ready-to-go items and delivered by a special Schwan's Home Service truck that is designed for frozen storage. If you are not available to accept your food upon delivery, your frozen items will be packed with gel packs and placed inside an insulated bag to keep your foods frozen for approximately four hours. If your order was placed inside an insulated bag, please recycle; leaving your bag outside your door with the gel packs prior to your next delivery. Schwan's will place the next shipment in the freezer bag along with fresh gel packs. Some customers may have their frozen food delivered by UPS. In this case, your frozen shipment will be packed on dry ice and placed in a Styrofoam cooler.
