For food safety and quality, follow these instructions. This
product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F
prior to eating. Prepare from frozen state. Appliances may
vary, adjust accordingly.
Microwave (1100 Watts)
- Remove tray from carton. Cut 2 1-inch slits in film to vent.
Place on microwave safe plate. - Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 4 minutes. Peel
back film and stir vegetables. - Replace film and cook an additional 2 minutes and 30
seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. - Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully remove film and enjoy.
Conventional Oven Only
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tray from carton. Cut 2 1-
inch slits in film to vent and place on baking sheet in oven. - Bake for 30 minutes. Peel back film and stir vegetables.
- Replace film and cook an additional 5 minutes or until
internal temperature reaches 165°F. - Let stand 1 minute. Carefully remove film and enjoy.
