Each plan includes ready-to-eat meals based on your goals, plus free Club Advantage membership your first month with access to 100+ a la carte options, the companion app, step-by-step guides, meal trackers, and coaching.
For individual plans: 24 meals every 2 weeks or 48 meals every 4 weeks. Partner plans: 56 meals every 2 weeks or 112 meals every 4 weeks. Menopause plans follow the same quantities but are not available with the Partner option.
