On the Nutrisystem weight loss program, you can lose weight eating the foods you love, made healthier. So what does that mean?

The Nutrisystem program meets, or in many cases exceeds, most of the recommendations set forth by the government in the 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

Our programs are designed to include:

Your order will be delivered to your home via FedEx. The processing and delivery time frame will take up to 1 to 5 business days from when the order is placed. However, the shipping may take longer if the warehouse or carrier experiences any delays.

We’ll email you a tracking number when each order ships, so you can stay informed on the delivery date.

Orders that contain frozen foods will be sent in two separate shipments: frozen foods and non-frozen foods.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, with your order number and a link to track your order. You can also log into My Account to see your order and tracking information.
